GCSE Maths Lecturer (Full Time)

Annual salary of £37,140 - £43,977 plus all other employee benefits.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate GCSE Maths Lecturer to join a Further Education setting in Bury on a full-time basis for the full academic year.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective GCSE Maths lessons to learners of varying abilities
- Plan, prepare and assess student work in line with curriculum requirements
- Support students to achieve their target grades and build confidence in maths
- Maintain accurate records of progress and provide feedback to students and staff
- Contribute positively to the wider teaching team and learning environment
Requirements
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent)
- Experience teaching within Further Education (FE)
- Strong subject knowledge in Maths and familiarity with GCSE curriculum
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- A commitment to supporting learner development and achievement
